Before your Appointment (at % least three days before) you Should Stay hydrated by Drink close to a gallon of water two to three days up until your appointment.
NOTE: The lymphatic system is 96% water. Dehydration causes the lymphatic system to slow down and inhibits waste removal from the body.
- Avoid alcohol and smoking 48 hrs before appointment.
- Please come prepared and clean before your appointment.
- Do not book if you are on your menstrual cycle.
After appointment:
- Keep drinking water so your lymphatic system can continue to flush out the fat cells.
- STAY hydrated because it’s a huge bonus to your skin!!
- Please maintain a healthy diet.
- Avoid alcohol and smoking 48 hrs after service then minimise alcohol intake because excess alcohol intake could cause swelling to lymph nodes.
NOTE: Alcohol is an inflammatory substance, meaning it tends to cause SWELLING
in the body.
- Stay consistent with ur therapy sessions for better results!!
- Exercise is not required but It’s a huge bonus! (Another way is to sweat out the fat, I have seen better results when you work out after your session).
- Wear waist trainers/ garments it will help results.

Postoperative Massages , lymphatic drainage massage
