Our cancellation policy is strictly 48 hours for all clients. If we don't receive 48 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment, unfortunately, we will still be required to charge 50% of your total treatment amount. If a client has cancelled an appointment twice in the past we may also require a 50% non refundable deposit towards their next appointment.

We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances.

We may also ask for a deposit at peak times or for longer appointment times.
